Golden Health and Wellness Alliance Week of Service 2009

The Golden Health & Wellness Alliance is an organization designed to reach out to the community to promote awareness, health and wellness for the whole body.  Join us in our week of service!  At no cost to you, come to as many sessions as you would like.  For more information about a specific service or to make an appointment, call the individual practitioner listed below.

Monday May 4th

  • Golden Pilates: 9am-12pm - Pilates: Basic Five Mat Exercises. Classes on the hour & 1/2 hour. 303-279-8008
